Try resetting your Sleepytroll by pressing the + and – buttons for 5 seconds until they blink.
If this does not resolve the issue, please send us an email by submitting a request here.
Please include the follwing information:
Order number
Serial number (found on the bottom of your Sleepytroll)
A description of the issue, and a video or photo showing the problem
Note that all claims should be directed to the place of purchase. If you have purchased your products from one of our retailers you need to contact their customer service.
