As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 30-day period in which you have the right to request a refund by returning your purchase. If 30 days have gone since you bought your product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We will deduct a return fee of 20 EUR/USD from your return to cover a portion of the return shipping cost.
To return your product within 30 days after your purchase, you must email us by submitting a request here with your order number.
Refunds will be made to the payment provider used to purchase the products.
Conditions for return
Our satisfaction guarantee allows you to check/test the type of any product as long a Sleepytroll Baby Rocker is included within the order. This satisfaction guarantee is only eligible for orders that contain a Sleepytroll Baby Rocker.

Customer can use, test, and check the properties of all products within the order such as Sleepytroll Baby Rocker and all its adapters

Customer is eligible for return if the products are unopened and sealed within 14 days of reciving the order.

If the value of the article is considered reduced, and beyond the norm of testing the product for its type, properties, and functions, then a partial refund can be considered by support staff. The amount that will be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article.
Product Bundle Discount and Return Policy
Product Bundle Discount:
We offer discounts when customers purchase a specific product bundle. The discount only applies when all items in the bundle are purchased together.
The discount percentage and pricing details for each bundle will be clearly specified on our website and in our product catalog.
Return Policy for Bundles:
Customers can return the entire product bundle for a refund or exchange within our standard return window and terms. Please refer to our general return policy for information on return eligibility.
Return of Singular Items from the Bundle:
Customers have the option to return individual items from the bundle, when unused and unopened. However, when a singular item is returned the customer will be charged at the full, non-discounted price of the item(s) they keep. These adjustments will be made to the customer's refund value.
For example, if a customer initially received a 20% discount on a bundle of three items but decides to return one of them, the return amount will be calculated based on the full price of the remaining items.
The right of return on adapters is 14 days from the order is received.
Requirements for return of product
The products must be returned in a state not beyond what is necessary to check/test the type and properties of the product.
We ask that items are returned clean, with its original packaging.
The product should be returned inside of a shipping container/box that is suitable in size for the containment of the shipment to help mitigate damages that may occur during normal shipping.
The product(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return label. If not, the return is deemed unvalid and will not be approved. If the product is shipped after the 7 days you will be able to pay for new shipping to get it back, but you will not receive a refund.
Orders that are final and not eligible for return
Any order of our product “Spare Charger – Sleepytroll Baby Rocker”, is final and are not eligible for return.
Refusing delivery
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing delivery of your order. Refusing delivery can lead to us withholding part or all of your payment to cover the costs created by you refusing delivery.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is considered reduced, and beyond the norm of testing the product for it’s type, properties and functions, then a partial refund can be considered by support staff. The amount that will be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article. You are also responsible for ensuring that the product is within normal means secured when shipped back to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by submitting a request here.
Void of return and exchanges
Please note that all modifications, incorrect usage or opening of the product without authorization will void the possibility of return and exchange of the product.
Right to Reclaim
For all products bought from the EU store there follows a 2 year right to reclaim. This right is void if there is consumer usage error.
