How to fix it
1. Enable Bluetooth
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings.
Try turning it off and on again.
2. Enable Location Services (GPS)
Location services must be enabled for the connection to work.
Go to your phone settings
Enable Location Services
Allow access for the Sleepytroll app
3. Restart your devices
Turn off your phone and Sleepytroll
Wait 30 seconds
Turn them back on
4. Keep devices close
Make sure your phone is near the Sleepytroll during connection.
5. Reduce interference
Other Bluetooth devices or Wi-Fi signals can interfere.
Try turning off nearby devices temporarily.
6. Update the app
Make sure you are using the latest version of the Sleepytroll app.
7. Check battery levels
Low battery can affect connection.
Charge both your phone and Sleepytroll.
8. Reset the device
Hold all buttons for 10 seconds until the light flashes.
Then reconnect in the app.
